My name is Sara Neumann, a RYT-200 certified Yoga teacher. I help students start their Yoga journey and build a consistent practice.

Kindness, serenity, and authenticity are at the heart of my Yoga classes. Yoga classes with me consist of Hatha & Vinyasa open to all levels especially beginners. My approach is accessible and my style reflects instruction that combines an emphasis on healthy alignment, breathing and meditation. My classes allow each student to develop at their own pace.
The effect of Yoga takes place on a physical and mental level; it has a positive effect on the parasympathetic nervous system (our rest state), and makes you feel calm and at ease.
Practicing Yoga regularly will help you strengthen weak muscles and improve your posture. Practicing Yoga will help you learn to cope better with daily stress and struggles. Life becomes more manageable and enjoyable with the tools Yoga provides us with (e.g. mindfulness, breath work, meditation, etc.).

I discovered Yoga in 2012 at a pivotal point in my life - I was enchanted by my first Yoga experience. I'm grateful to have found Yoga when I needed it most; Yoga has helped me to connect with my inner Self at a time I felt lost and disconnected. Through Yoga I improved my mental well-being and my lower back pain, which I suffered from for many years.
I have been teaching Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga since 2021 in London, UK. I am honoured and humbled to guide our community to live a better life.
